Belgian Waffles with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 125 g of flour
• 100 ml of milk
• 75 g of sugar
• 4 g of yeast
• 1 egg
• Extra virgin olive oil from Spain
1. In bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
2. Next, we add the milk, the egg yolk and a good stream of extra virgin olive oil.
3. Mix well and let stand for 30 minutes.
4. Then we add a foaming egg white.
5. We add the mixture in the waffle iron, greased with a little olive oil.
